A longtime leader in the provision of therapeutic services, using an applied behavioral approach, Intermountain Centers/Behavior Consultation Services is expanding services to Northern Arizona communities. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is interested in providing services to a broad population of children and their families within an Applied Behavior Analysis framework. This is a great opportunity to live and work in beautiful Northern Arizona.
The BCBA will work closely with other behavioral health staff in developing behavior plans for a variety of behaviors, ages and childhood/adolescent conditions. The BCBA provides assessment, creates behavior plans, consults on their implementation and works closely with behavior technicians in overseeing behavioral services provided in an integrated healthcare environment. The BCBA provides direct services in a variety of settings including physician offices, family homes, schools, community based locations and in-office settings. The primary responsibility of the BCBA is to conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, and provide consultation and training to others in the use of teaching and behavior intervention strategies.
