    Responsibilities

    • Employee file management- reviewing every file for accuracy and documentation, filing of documents, or scanning documents, and proper placement on share drive.
    • HRIS systems: iCIMs, Employee Navigator, and Microsoft Dynamics
    • Processing of new employees and terminated employees
    • Meeting and room set up and breakdown
    • Assisting in Company Onboarding procedures
    • Administrative support to the HR team to include assistance with recruiting, training, benefits administration and scheduling

    • Assist and observe DCS and DDD audits
    • Observations on current knowledge of HR Laws and Regulations.
    • Develops a working knowledge of HR information databases and searchable resources.
    • Conduct reference checks and verifications for the hiring process.
    • Other Dutues as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Education/Experience –
    • High school/GED Diploma required
    • Regulatory
    • 18 years of age
    • Current, valid Arizona Driver’s License and 39 month Motor Vehicle Report to meet insurance requirements.
    • Eligible for DPS Level I fingerprint clearance.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • High level of adherence to confidentiality
    • Must be able to prioritize and plan effectively

     

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

     

    • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
